Our story
We are passionate about creating retirement communities where hospitality, support, and kindness are at the heart of everything we do.

What does 'home' mean to you?
Our purpose
Great retirement communities aren’t really about the buildings themselves - they’re about the people, culture, and services within them. At Untold Living, we are focused on creating thoughtfully designed, affordable senior housing developments that foster a sense of security, connection, community and wellbeing.
Integrated Retirement Communities (IRCs) offer a possible solution for those finding home life increasingly challenging, whether for themselves or a partner. Our retirement villages blend independence with social connection, offering private homes within a supportive community setting. We embrace modern technology in a discreet way, ensuring it enhances life without overwhelming it.
For those who need support, our in-house, CQC-registered team provides flexible care - from occasional assistance to daily needs - delivered with a light touch. This adaptable approach makes IRCs an empowering choice for those ready to embrace a fulfilling new chapter, with peace of mind built in.

Our promise
The decision to move later in life - whether to a retirement community or elsewhere - is complex, emotionally and practically, and often involves input from family. We understand how overwhelming it can feel.
At Untold Living, we do things differently. There are no scripts, no pressure, and no sales pitch - just honest conversations about what’s right for you.
We believe in guiding, not selling. Retirement communities aren’t for everyone, and that’s okay. But if it might be the right fit, we’re here to help you explore it, on your terms.
Here’s our promise to you:
- No high-pressure sales techniques - ever.
- You set the pace and the agenda.
- We genuinely want to find out about you as a person and your specific circumstances, to know how best to serve your individual needs.
- You’re always welcome to visit us, and we’d like to come and see you in your current home as well.
- If we’re not the right fit, we’ll tell you and suggest alternatives.
- We will listen more than we will talk.
We’re here to support, not persuade. Hold us to it.

Safety and security
Untold Living communities are staffed by directly employed teams who play a vital role in maintaining a safe environment. This environment includes both physical and human security measures, emergency response procedures and general wellbeing. Our teams ensure that all residents are provided with prompt assistance, in case of emergencies, accidents or any kind of urgent situation.

Controlled access
A primary safety feature of a retirement village is controlled access. All Untold Living villages have doors that restrict access to individuals without authorisation. This approach reduces risks of unwanted visitors and by using access cards and key fobs. All entry points are controlled. This approach to 'access control' creates a secure environment for residents, gives peace of mind to relatives and residents, and, creates a sense of exclusivity.
It’s your home, so you decide who comes in.

Community and social interaction
Safety comes in many forms and the sense of community and social engagement that exists within our villages is tangible. Social ‘get-togethers’, clubs, events and outings not only support better mental and physical health but also create a community-focused environment, where residents can look out for one another. It’s this mutually supportive context that makes an Integrated Retirement Community such a good option for some people.

Maintenance and accessibility
All Untold Living communities provide maintenance services to ensure that everything is working and safe. Regular inspections, adaptions and repairs take place throughout the year which means that you don’t have to climb any more ladders or change any more light bulbs – if you don’t want to. Each development has a maintenance manager who can carry out works inside your home, and address accessibility issues should they arise.
