We are not currently looking for new sites to develop. However the shape of our development requirements will not change so the following criteria remains relevant for future opportunities:

Location: England, urban and semi-rural with good connections to local amenities. 
Population: Significant population within catchment. 
Demographics: Accessible retirement living tailored for England’s everyday seniors.
Size: Ability to provide c.80-120 units with mix of unit sizes and tenures and communal facilities (c90k to 130k SqFt NIA). 
Land size: Typically 3 to 5 acres (smaller in higher density areas). 
Planning: C2 use-class, seeking sites with or without planning with strong case for C2 usage.
Mixed Use: On larger schemes we can bring in/work alongside complimentary mixed-use.
