
Residents Give Chantry Court Outstanding Satisfaction Ratings

Residents at Chantry Court have given the community exceptionally high satisfaction scores in its latest resident survey.
The survey revealed that 76% of residents described themselves as "extremely satisfied" with life at Chantry Court, while a further 22% said they were satisfied, resulting in an overwhelmingly positive endorsement of the community and the services it provides. Perhaps most pleasingly 78% of residents said that they would actively recommend Chantry Court to friends, family or acquaintances.
Particularly noteworthy were the results achieved by Chantry Court's inhouse care team, which received an outstanding average score of 9.5 out of 10 from residents. This result reflects the professionalism and compassion demonstrated daily by the CQC registered team in supporting residents to live independently, confidently and with peace of mind. commenting on the results, Rafael Marques, Chantry Court’s general manager said:

The survey forms part of Untold Living and Chantry Court's ongoing commitment to listening to residents and continuously improving the services and experiences offered within the community.
