Sundew Court Information Centre doors now open – pop in for a chat!

Work is now well underway on Sundew Court, an exciting new retirement community located just one mile from the centre of Newport. Our friendly team are standing by in our dedicated Information Centre at Mere Park Garden Centre, and all are welcome to drop by for a chat.

Due for completion in July 2026, Sundew Court will offer a fresh approach to later living – one that puts independence, hospitality, and community at its heart.

Part of the Untold Living family, Sundew Court will feature 61 stylish rental apartments and 15 thoughtfully designed bungalows available to buy. Behind each front door, residents will find a private, self-contained home – but step outside, and they’ll be part of a welcoming, sociable village with access to on-site support and care services, should they need them.

Whether you’re looking to downsize, be closer to family, or simply want to enjoy the next chapter in a supportive environment, Sundew Court could be the right fit for you. Homes will range from one to three bedrooms, with access to a restaurant, social lounges, and landscaped outdoor areas.
