Untold Living Unveils the UK’s First Beachfront Retirement Community

We're thrilled to announce that we've secured planning permission for the UK's first beachfront integrated retirement community in Eastbourne.

This pioneering development will offer 62 one- and two-bedroom apartments, all designed with modern retirees in mind. Residents will enjoy stunning sea views and have access to a range of amenities, including a restaurant, café, hair salon, and therapy rooms. 

Our goal is to foster a sense of community and independence, providing tailored support to enhance quality of life.

Construction is set to begin in the coming months, with the first residents expected to move in by late 2025. This project marks a significant milestone in our mission to unravel the myths of retirement living and offer remarkable homes for the modern retiree.
