Sundew Court Tops Out: Modern Retirement Living Coming Soon to Newport, Shropshire

We recently celebrated topping-out at our newest development, Sundew Court, in Newport, Shropshire.

The event was attended by civic leaders and members of the project team, including the Deputy Mayor of Newport, the Chair of the Newport Chamber of Commerce, and architects from Gaunt Franic and Project Managers from Total Project Integration.

Sundew Court has achieved substantial progress since it broke ground in late 2024. Using modern methods of construction, the process has been up to 40% faster, whilst maintaining the quality of the build.

The integrated retirement community will provide people with accessible homes in the area. With in-house care teams for those who need them, Sundew Court will be a lively community with a range of activities for residents and locals. From music performances and book clubs, to talks and lectures - there will be a plethora of things to do for residents.

We will soon be opening the doors to this boutique retirement village, which offers a selection of 61 spacious apartments, and 16 bungalows. All Untold Living villages are designed with comfort, convenience and style in mind, and we’re pleased that we’re already seeing significant interest in the development.

Untold Living’s strategy is to create communities that are shaped for residents. The Sundew Court development will offer thoughtfully designed homes set within landscaped gardens, creating an environment that supports both independence and social engagement.

Sundew Court is set to welcome its first residents in the Summer of 2026.
